Concept and Design
Very easy to use, makes fast and tight
curves if retrieved normally responding very promptly to fisherman’s
requests, while creates very wide curves when retrieved slowly. In
addition to lateral
movement is also distinguished by a
particular very exciting high-low movement against predators. This last
movement can be facilitated, or canceled, by angler’s action and it is
an extra oomph
that differs Pro-Q. from the other models
of wtd in commerce. Careful weight distribution and specially profile
designed, can provide for very long cast, unusual for this type of lure.

Postage
Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries within the UK dependent upon the weight and size of the parcel.

Several of our products are available with free delivery, they are marked clearly and advertised as such on our website. These items are subject to change from time to time and we reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.
£5.00 - Next day delivery for items throughout most of the UK (except Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)
Orders placed before 15.00 will be dispatched to arrive the following working day throughout the UK (except Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland) Monday to Friday only - our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We despatch our parcels on Monday to Fridays only, excluding all Bank Holidays. All UK Mainland orders (orders with a £5.00 delivery charge) and free postage orders (orders over £100.00) are sent to arrive on the next working day. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE.
Products are delivered by courier or post, depending on their size and value.
Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
If any delivery issues should arise, we will endeavour to contact you directly. We would be grateful if you could let us have your contact information with your order.
Kindly inform us when ordering of any special delivery requirements you may have. Should you request delivery to an alternative delivery address our couriers will not leave parcels without a signature unless clearly specified by you.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders weighing over 20kg may incur an additional postage charge. We will inform you of the charge at your point of order. UK MAINLAND customers can still get free delivery on these items when placing orders over £100.00.

In Store Returns Policy
Please keep your receipt for anything you buy. It will help if you should need to bring anything back to the store.
If you return a product unused, in the original packaging with the original receipt within 28 days of purchase we will exchange the product or offer store credit to the value of the original purchase price.
Your consumer rights are not affected.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate, in accordance with your consumer rights.
Online Returns Policy
We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the goods we will send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, as detailed below -
- The original tags have not been removed from the item
- The item has not been used, worn or damaged
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Upon receipt of the goods we will inspect the item to ensure it meets with this criteria.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. Kindly advise us of the reason for the return and the action your require regarding a replacement, alternative or refund. We will then process the return as quickly as possible.
We will issue the refund (or send an exchange) as quickly as possible. You will see the credit on your card after 3-4 working days. A refund will show on your card under the name Fishing Mayhem.
Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage. Where faulty or damaged goods are received please contact the store within 7 days of receipt. If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it as quickly as we can.
You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be unused and in as new condition. We will pay for the postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outisde of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return should it fail to meet the criteria above.
Warranty Returns
If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note explainging the circumstances of the damage together with details of your name, address and a contact telephone number. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer\'s representative before any replacement can be issued.
Returns on Special Offers
If an item purchased under special offer or promotional incentive is subsequently returned the special offer may no longer apply and the refund will be adjusted.
Fishing Mayhem will take into account the original purchase price and please be assured that we will give you our best possible adjustment to the original purchase price.
Exchanges on returned special offer items will be at our discretion.
