In Store Returns Policy
Please keep your receipt for anything you buy. It will help if you should need to bring anything back to the store.
If you return a product unused, in the original packaging with the original receipt within 28 days of purchase we will exchange the product or offer store credit to the value of the original purchase price.
Your consumer rights are not affected.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate, in accordance with your consumer rights.
Online Returns Policy
We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the goods we will send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, as detailed below -
- The original tags have not been removed from the item
- The item has not been used, worn or damaged
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Upon receipt of the goods we will inspect the item to ensure it meets with this criteria.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. Kindly advise us of the reason for the return and the action your require regarding a replacement, alternative or refund. We will then process the return as quickly as possible.
We will issue the refund (or send an exchange) as quickly as possible. You will see the credit on your card after 3-4 working days. A refund will show on your card under the name Fishing Mayhem.
Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage. Where faulty or damaged goods are received please contact the store within 7 days of receipt. If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it as quickly as we can.
You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be unused and in as new condition. We will pay for the postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outisde of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return should it fail to meet the criteria above.
If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note explainging the circumstances of the damage together with details of your name, address and a contact telephone number. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer\'s representative before any replacement can be issued.
Returns on Special Offers
If an item purchased under special offer or promotional incentive is subsequently returned the special offer may no longer apply and the refund will be adjusted. Fishing Mayhem will take into account the original purchase price and please be assured that we will give you our best possible adjustment to the original purchase price. Exchanges on returned special offer items will be at our discretion.
