DELIVERY

We provide a comprehensive internet order service on all products shown on our website, which are also available to purchase in our store.

Orders can be placed via mail, telephone, e-mail as well as direct from our website. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the delivery being sent, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated for you at the checkout stage.

Delivery Times

All delivery times in the above box are a guide only and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. We cannot gurantee any delivery times, however, we have an excellent turnaround rate and endeavour to despatch your order to you as fast as possible.

Postage

Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries within the UK dependent upon the weight and size of the parcel.

We offer the following rate for delivery: Free delivery when spending over £100.00 in a single transaction. For UK mainland address only.

Several of our products are available with free delivery, they are marked clearly and advertised as such on our website. These items are subject to change from time to time and we reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.

£5.00 - Next day delivery for items throughout most of the UK (except Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)

Orders placed before 14.00 will be dispatched to arrive the following working day throughout the UK (except Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland) Monday to Friday only - our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We despatch our parcels on Monday to Fridays only, excluding all Bank Holidays. All UK Mainland orders (orders with a £5.00 delivery charge) and free postage orders (orders over £100.00) are sent to arrive on the next working day. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE.

Products are delivered by courier or post, depending on their size and value. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately. If any delivery issues should arise, we will endeavour to contact you directly. We would be grateful if you could let us have your contact information with your order.

Kindly inform us when ordering of any special delivery requirements you may have. Should you request delivery to an alternative delivery address our couriers will not leave parcels without a signature unless clearly specified by you.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders weighing over 20kg may incur an additional postage charge. We will inform you of the charge at your point of order. UK MAINLAND customers can still get free delivery on these items when placing orders over £100.00.

Please note, the above delivery times will only be offered if the item purchased is in stock. If we are out of stock we will contact you immediately and advise you of an anticipated despatch date.
